A former reporter for the BBC, Kunda is the founder and editor of Nepali Times and former chairman of the Centre for Investigative Journalism in Kathmandu. He has written several books, amongst them “Dateline Earth” on environmental journalism and “A People War,” a trilogy of photo books on the Nepal conflict. Nepali Times is an English-language weekly newspaper based in Kathmandu, specialising in-depth reporting and expert commentary on Nepali politics, business, culture, travel and society with rich multimedia content. Established in 2000, the Times is a staple for academics, researchers, and policy makers. It has been a recipient of EPA and WWF conservation awards, among others.
