Joyce is an experienced writer and editor who has worked with The New York Times, the International Herald Tribune, The South China Morning Post, and others. She was formerly Communications Director at Civic Exchange, a globally-ranked environmental policy think-tank, and Director of the Human Rights Press Awards, both based in Hong Kong. She currently works at The University of Hong Kong.
